We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant/Tax Manager to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the month-end close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

? Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
? Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
? Analyze financial statements and investigate variances
? Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
? Assist with external audits and tax reporting requirements
? Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity
? Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
? Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
? Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations
? Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analyses
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
* Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
* Advanced Excel skills
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* CPA certification or CPA candidacy
* Experience in a high-growth or multi-entity environment
* Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance

SALARY: $130-$180k+ bonus DOE
